Built on the belief that food should be honest.
FreshLink started with a simple question: why does a potato that costs ₹10 at the farm in Nashik cost ₹50 on your table in Gwalior?
The Chain Was Broken
The average vegetable in India passes through 5–6 intermediaries between the farmer and your plate. Each adds a markup. None add freshness.
Farmers were selling potatoes at ₹8/kg. Consumers were paying ₹48/kg. The difference wasn't going to logistics — it was going to a broken, outdated middleman chain. FreshLink eliminates it entirely.
From Frustration to Responsibility
Hi, I’m Om Singh Tomar, Founder & CEO of FreshLink.
FreshLink didn’t start with comfort, planning, or certainty. It
started with frustration — seeing a system where neither the
supplier was satisfied nor the customer could fully trust what
they were receiving.
I chose not to ignore it. I stepped in to build something better.
What began as a small initiative quickly turned into a test of
patience, consistency, and mental strength. There were days when
everything went wrong — operations broke down, plans failed, and
results didn’t match the effort. I’ve worked through harsh
weather, long days, and unpredictable situations just to make sure
the work didn’t stop.
I’ve faced losses. I’ve failed more times than I expected. And
I’ve had moments where quitting would have been the easier option.
But I didn’t stop.
Because FreshLink was never just an idea — it became a
responsibility. A commitment to build something that people can
depend on. Every setback forced me to build stronger systems.
Every failure made the foundation tighter. And every challenge
shaped FreshLink into what it is today — not perfect, but
reliable, resilient, and growing.
FreshLink has now been launched in Gwalior, marking the first step
towards building a strong and dependable supply network. And this
is just the beginning — we are actively working to expand across
other cities in Madhya Pradesh in the near future.
Today, FreshLink stands for one thing above all — trust. Not
promises, but delivery. Not words, but consistency. And we’re here
to build something that lasts.

Our Values
We are not a marketplace that squeezes suppliers. We are partners. Farmers set their prices. We make sure they get paid in 24 hours.
Every product shows you which farm it came from. No anonymous "vendor". No mystery supply chain. Just honest sourcing.
We currently serve Gwalior and are growing. Every order supports a local farmer family and strengthens the rural economy.
